Try accessing the LMS virtual classroom link using a different browser.
If you are using a work device or VPN, Zoom may be blocked, in which case you will need to try a different device.
If you are an instructor you may need to log out of a personal Zoom account before accessing the Virtual classroom link.
Try turning off your camera if you are experiencing connection issues.
